Organising a large number of videos can be a daunting task, and something that hierarchical folder structures can struggle with. We've chosen to solve this problem using tags. Using tags can help you organise your videos by:
And, of course, multiple combinations of the above. With the correct use of tags, you can perform extremely granular searches on your video content.

The simplest and fastest way to tag your videos is on project upload. Simply start typing to create a tag. If an existing tag matches what you're typing, it will automatically be suggested as an option.
Alternatively, you can add tags via the Projects page.
Superusers can also manage tags within Team settings. From there, scroll to Tags to:
Search existing tags
Enter a new tag name to create one
Multi-select and delete tags
See the active use count for each tag
Use the pencil icon to edit a tag name

Filtering by tags
On the Projects page, you can filter your videos based on the tags assigned to them. You can choose to display 12, 24, 48, or 96 projects in the Projects view at any time.
